Most small orders posted same day. Usually any order placed before 3pm will be posted on the same day. Please do contact us if you need confirmation. Occasionally your order may be delayed for a couple of days. Thankyou.
On-line : payments can be made by most cards via paypal or RBS Worldpay
Our RBS Worldpay payment gateway accepts payments from these cards:

Phone : we are happy to take off-line card orders by phone - 01863 760004 (most cards types accepted). These are processed off line using a Steamline RBSWorldpay terminal.
Cheque: if you would like to pay by cheque, please pick that payment option. Once your cheque is received, your order will be dispatched.
BACs : those with trade accounts can pay by bacs
We aim to post your order today, and most of the time we do manage to achieve that. Occasionally, we're out all day working with training or behaviour clients, and simply can't get to the post office, and occassionally, we get our stock control slightly wrong - please do forgive us - we try our best. We use Royal Mail 1st class post options, so your package should be with your very quickly.
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received, and we will keep you informed throughout the process, to let you know when your order has been dispatched, and if there are any delays.
You can also check the status of your order via your account - just log in.
So, please specifically check your emails - you will be notified by email as soon as your order has been processed, and this will include information regarding expected shipment. This is not an automatically generated email.
On the odd occassion, we may not be able to verify your address. So, again, please do check your emails to ensure that everything is running smoothly. If you don't hear from us, usually on the same day, you may have mis-typed your email - so please contact us.
We aim to stock only the best quality goods. Most have been tried and tested by our own dogs or those of clients, or colleagues, and we hope therefore that you are always entirely satisfied with your product.
Cancelling your purchase : If you are unhappy with your purchase, and it is not faulty or mis-described, then please simply let us know by email, or in writing. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you do not return the goods, then we will arrange to have the goods collected, and sorry - but we will charge you for this. If the goods are returned damaged, and this is a result of poor packaging, then, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Faulty or misdescribed goods: If the goods are faulty or mis-described, please please let us know and return the goods, with their original, undamaged packaging, and we will refund your purchase.
If you are at all worried or concerned about returning your product, or are un-satisfied in any way with the product, please do contact us and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you.
UK: Our postage costs are fair. All postage is calculated by weight, at the standard Royal Mail 1st class rates + 0.50 to handle packaging and delivery. You may select to reduce your postal costs by picking 2nd class mail. Please note that all orders over 1.75kg are posted by Standard Parcels (these are generally delivered within 3-5 days). Orders over £75 are free, and posted as Standard Parcels.
Sometimes for normal generally light weight items being sent to the EU or the USA, we can generally ship at the same cost to you as the stanrard mailing costs. However, if the item is heavy or bulky, we may need to charge additional postage. Please contact us for details.
CURRENCY: All prices are shown in GB Pounds and include VAT (at a rate of 20%).
DELIVERY INFORMATION : Sorry, we can't track your order after it's posted, and cannot accept any responsibility for any delays once goods have been posted with the Royal Mail.
DELAYED ORDERS: If your item is not in stock, we will keep you informed about this delay, by email, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In addition we will email you when your purchase is dispatched.
TAX CHARGES: All orders include VAT.
CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY: All orders are securely processed, using trusted security methods. The method depends on your selected payment option. Paypal and google checkout keep your information secure within your account. Off line payments are processed securely via our RBSWorldpay streamline terminal - your details will be destroyed once processed.
