I've tried many, but this has to be my preferred choice when you have to carry your dog's poo until you get to the nearest poo bin. It's tough plastic, with a rubber seal to stop the smell leaking out. It has a large capacity too, for those with more than one dog - and also therefore great for puppy training classes.
